Coffee breaks and lunches:

Included in the Registration Fee and will be served to delegates during the session breaks.
 

Hands on will take place 18. september from 13:30 - 17:00. It will be included in your registration fee. Please mark in you're registration if you plan to participate. 

As the aim of the conference is focused on teaching and learning EUS we want, together with our sponsors, to give you the opportunity to participate in a hands-on learning session, which is planned on Wednesday the 18th of September from 13:30 to 17:00 the day before the meeting. This will include training sessions in EUS interventions with focus on EUS-FNA/FNB procedures on phantoms mentored by experienced endosonographers. There will be no additional costs for you in relation to the event BUT we need you to mark on the registration form that would like to attend.

Conference dinner at Hotel Laustrup Park, Borupvang 2, 2750 Ballerup: 19. September 2024 DKK 650.- per person 

Please remember to tick the appropriate boxes at the registration form, if you want to join the official dinner. Your dinner ticket will be together with your badge.

Hotel Reservation: Hotel is Laustrup Park for the speakers. 

Please note that Copenhagen is hosting big conferences at this time so the hotel prices is higher on the first night.

Badges: You will receive your badge upon registration.
For security reasons only persons wearing the official badges will be allowed admission to scientific sessions, the exhibition. Wear it at all times.

​

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is only permitted outside the Conference Venue

Insurance:
It is recommended that participants take out adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their country. The  organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, loss or damage to private property belongings to the congress participants and accompanying persons.

Cancellation/changes & refund policy: 

Cancellation of registration, Hotel and dinner.
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences, att. vanhauen@vanhauen.dk
Registered participants who are unable to attend the meeting will have their fees refunded per the following conditions: A refund of all fees paid, less a deduction of DKK 650.- administration fee, will be processed for all cancellations notified before 24. June 2024.
Cancellations received on or after 24 June 2024 are non-refundable​

 
Cancellation of sponsorship and/or exhibition space: 
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing to Van Hauen Conferences, att. vanhauen@vanhauen.dk
Please note all space bookings are binding and no refunds will be made.

Changes: 
Name changes are only accepted when the original person and his/her substitute come from the same university, institute or company. Name changes are subject to DKK 250.-administration fee per change.

​

Late payment: 
Late or outstanding payments, not remitted by the due date, will be subject to DKK 250.- reminder fee.
